Mentors

Mentors are a vital part of the Droid Rage program. They consist of experienced adults (mostly alumni) who give back to the program to help lead and guide the next generation of Droid Rage students. They provide steady support and guidance for students every year and help with the long term growth of the program. Our mentors help in a variety of ways including teaching engineering, CAD, programming, marketing techniques as well as guide in the growth of the program overtime, which can include securing reliable spaces to work in, finding sponsors, purchasing supplies, studying on the trends of being a competitive robotics team, and more.

Our students are heavily encouraged to get to know our mentors and develop strong professional relationships. With a combined total of over 70+ years of robotics experience, the knowledge our mentors have are invaluable to the long term success of the program.
